It was just another day in court for Cy Waits and Paris Hilton, up in Van Nuys on a warm Los Angeles Wednesday. The couple was wrapping up legal business on one stalker case, when yet another stalker emerged out of nowhere, snuck past security and attacked Cy in the neck.

The man identified himself as Jim Rainford, "the man who runs this world" ... and we suspect he may have a deluded, "god" complex. At any rate, since this stalker was already on parole from attacking Paris Hilton's security team as her residence just last fall, he'll likely be enjoying a nice little respite in jail...or if he's lucky, a mental institution.

She is expected to appeal, which would grant her bail opportunity until her next pre-trial date set for May 5. Good luck with that, girlfriend.

Charlie Sheen brandished a machete from the top of the Live Nation office building in Beverly Hills to let the world know how he feels about being fired from Two And A Half Men.

He also drank from a bottle labeled "tiger blood" while a crowd cheered him on. When asked how he felt about losing his job, Sheen paraphrased Martin Luther King Jr., saying, "Free at last, free at last!"

Back on the ground, Sheen told Access Hollywood that Warner Bros. never called him to say he was fired. "I got a text or something," he said. "Here's another thing - these guys are such yellow cockroaches that they didn't even have the decency to call me."

Sheen previously announced - in the most colorful terms possible - that he was suing Warner Bros.: "They continue to be in breach, like so many whales. It is a big day of gladness at the Sober Valley Lodge because now I can take all of the bazillions..."

Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer confirmed the suit to RadarOnline.com. He called the position of Warner Bros. "ridiculous" and said "We will proceed with our claims against Chuck Lorre [Chaim Levine] and Warner Bros. Nothing has changed in terms of that."

Shown here visiting a yogurt shop in the valley late last fall, Two & Half Men legend Charlie Sheen is demanding an apology from the Jewish self-interest group, Anti-Defamation League, over the whole "Chaim Levine" ordeal.

As you may recall, writer Chaim Levine -- who contributes to popular TV show Two & Half Men -- allegedly insinuated that Sheen was becoming "racist" in calling the writer by his true name instead of his Hollywood name, "Chuck Lorre." Even the Anti-Defamation League got into the act, apparently suggesting that Charlie's selection of names was somehow "anti-Semitic."

However, Charlie says calling the Jew by his name is as about as racist as someone calling Sheen "Carlos Estevez" ... and says that the writer used his real name just some weeks ago. Charlie claims Chaim even writes about his own "lifetime of distancing himself from Judaism."

Slinking out of Fred Segal after some retail therapy, recently-rehabbed Lindsay Lohan is seen wearing a one-of-a-kind necklace that was allegedly stolen from jewelry store, Kamofie & Co.

Apparently, the store has surveillance footage which clearly shows girlfriend wearing the necklace inside the store before it went "missing." And then later, many agencies photographed the actress wearing the unique fixture out in public. Oh, my!

UPDATE: The necklace in question was reportedly returned to a police substation by Lindsay Lohan's stylist -- within a couple of hours of a search warrant being processed to enter the actress' home.
