Fresh out of her court appearance at the Beverly Hills Courthouse, Lindsay Lohan is returned back to rehab in Palm Springs, where she must remain until after New Year's Day, 2011.

Lindsay Lohan Spared Jail; Instead Sentenced to Rehab Until AFTER Holidays

Lindsay was facing up to a year in the slammer for repeated drug usage while on probation, but was mercifully spared jail time and instead must return immediately to rehab back out in Palm Springs. The judge says "there is a reason" why she must stay there until at least January 3rd...but we suspect it's so she's not tempted to party over Xmas and New Year's. Get well, girlfriend!

Michael Lohan joined Millions Of Milkshakes and his friend Kim from REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ATLANTA. He spoke quite highly of his daughter Lindsay Lohan and is hoping to reconcile his relationship with her once she is out of rehab. It is the most sincere we have seen in regards to Lindsay. Michael is quoted as saying Sheeraz is one of the most honest people that Lindsay has had around her and hopes she surrounds herself with more people like him. Well of course all of us at HTV feel the same.

Kim Zolcial made her delicious signature shake called TARDY FOR THE PARTY with Peanut Butter, Chocolate and Bananas. She donated a million dollars in hair products to an L.A. charity and flaunted a very natural wig from her wig line.

She has a new single coming out called GOOGLE ME... Her dream collaboration is with Justine Beiber. Kim also spoke a bit about her show REAL Housewives Of Altanta and said the season was more focused on personal issues, with less cat fights amongst the ladies.

Florence was quoted as saying "It was a wonderful experience, I've always admired dancers more than any other group in our business. And I've always wanted to be a real dancer and [partner] Corky [Ballas] brought that out in me."

Florence brought such radiance to the show, we all enjoyed watching her shimmy on the dance floor!!! She will be missed :(
