Slinking out of Fred Segal after some retail therapy, recently rehabbed Lindsay Lohan is seen wearing a one-of-a-kind necklace that was reported stolen from Kamofie & Co., the store from which it was reported shoplifted.

Apparently, the store has surveillance footage which clearly shows girlfriend wearing the necklace inside the store before it went "missing." And then later, many agencies photographed the actress wearing the unique fixture out in public. Oh, my!

Word on the street is that criminal charges are about to be dropped on the troubled actress.
