Chelsie Hightower needs to spread some of her gorgeous sunshine on 'Scowl' Palin. It would be nice to see Bristol smile that big at least once, off the dance floor. Maybe for her B-day someone will dazzle her up and we can find a glowing Bristol tomorrow....one can only hope.
