Elliot Mintz & Lawyer Diana Fitzgerald @ Boa

Elliot Mintz ,the famous American media consultant and publicist was out on a date @ Boa Steak House with a tall, leggy, blonde who is a lawyer named Diana Fitzgerald. The 2 agreed they would dress up as Sonny and Cher for Halloween.

When asked about Lindsay Lohan getting rehab time as opposed to jail time, Elliot said he was very pleased to see this, as he doesn't think anyone should go to jail for these type of problems, they are medical matters, not criminal. He is optimistic that Lindsay will do well. Diana Fitzgerald eloquently added that she feels the judge is very qualified and it's up to the judge. If she was Lindsays lawyer she wouldn't have any of the above, but because she doesn't know the details of the case she really couldn't speculate. ( Elliot felt compelled to fix Diana's hair as she spoke on the matter ,which was a bit ODD, he said because he is a media consultant he fixes hair)

The two didn't seem to really know much about DWTS.

Elliot feels Marijuana is an herb and is safer than anything being poured at the bar, he is all for Prop 19, and has been smoking since he was 16. Diana wanted to clarify that she was not a pot smoker ,however felt it should be legalized , because it is creating too many criminal issues in Mexico.
