Suge Knight HTV Sunset Blvd and La Cienega 110210

Suge Knight giggled in almost a Santa Claus jolly way as he walked down La Cienega.He said he was pulled over for looking like the PAPZ lol!!! Suge left his car behind with 3 cops. He didn't say much as to why but gestured to cut it out!!!
